"Clear The Stage" by Ross King

This is one of the most beautiful and thought provoking songs I have heard in a while. I recommend listening to it while you are completely alone and in a "worship" frame of mind...you'll see what I mean.

"God sends no one away empty except those who are full of themselves." -D.L. MOODY

An "idol" is "anything" that becomes a barrier between you and God.

The following quotes are from one of the most powerful speakers I have ever had the chance to listen to Dr. Denis Waitley. He was at the USANA Celebration in Vegas when I was there.

A smile is the light in your window that tells others that there is a caring, sharing person inside.

Losers live in the past. Winners learn from the past and enjoy working in the present toward the future.

When you are in the valley, keep your goal firmly in view and you will get the renewed energy to continue the climb.

Mistakes are painful when they happen, but years later a collection of mistakes is what is called experience.

Don't dwell on what went wrong. Instead, focus on what to do next. Spend your energies on moving forward toward finding the answer.

You must learn from your past mistakes, but not lean on your past successes.

A life lived with integrity -- even if it lacks the trappings of fame and fortune is a shinning star in whose light others may follow in the years to come.

Understand that you, yourself, are no more than the composite picture of all your thoughts and actions. In your relationships with others, remember the basic and critically important rule: If you want to be loved, be lovable. If you want respect, set a respectable example!

Time And health are two precious assets that we don't recognize and appreciate until they have been depleted.

It is not in the pursuit of happiness that we find fulfillment, it is in the happiness of pursuit.

Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude

There are no mistakes or failures, only lessons.

Expect the best, plan for the worst, and prepare to be surprised.

The most splendid achievement of all is the constant striving to surpass yourself and to be worthy of your own approval.

The results you achieve will be in direct proportion to the effort you apply.

You must stick to your conviction, but be ready to abandon your assumptions.

There are two primary choices in life: to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for changing them.

Change the changeable, accept the unchangeable, and remove yourself from the unacceptable.

You must understand that seeing is believing, but also know that believing is seeing.

If you believe you can, you probably can. If you believe you won't, you most assuredly won't. Belief is the ignition switch that gets you off the launching pad.

Life is inherently risky. There is only one big risk you should avoid at all costs, and that is the risk of doing nothing.

There is an island fantasy A "Someday I'll," we'll never see When recession stops, inflation ceases Our mortgage is paid, our pay increases That Someday I'll where problems end Where every piece of mail is from a friend Where the children are sweet and already grown . . . . Most unhappy people . . . put happiness on "law away" And struggle through a blue today . . . . Life's most important revelation Is that the journey means more than the destination .

"The trouble with a man who lacks a clear understanding of justification by faith is that he is still trying to put himself right. It is impossible to pull yourself up by the scruff of your neck. If you do not see the reality of justification clearly, just talk to the Lord about it. He is willing to give you full satisfaction."
-Corrie Ten Boom

"God is able to provide you with every blessing in abundance, so that you may always have enough of everything and may provide in abundance for every  good work."  -II Corinthians 9:8
